France - Château Dumas
The retreat will be held at an 18th century château, within 22 acres of gardens, groves and woodfields. It is tranquil and peaceful in a secluded setting on the edge of a tiny village.
The day will start with a nutritious breakfast shake, an early pilates class, a tailored hike through the beautiful scenery of the village. Hiking will take place either every morning or afternoons depending on your programme for the day.
You will then sit down to a wonderful and energizing raw and vegan lunch. The rest of your day will be spent on a programme of pilates, yoga, personal training or enjoying one of our wonderful wellbeing treatments. As this is a detox retreat, dinner will be light yet satisfying meal after which you will have time to relax with a book, watch a movie or enjoy a meditation class, before you head to bed for a restful sleep.

Leave the hustle and bustle of city life for a weekend of delicious vegan food, fresh cleansing juices, pilates and yoga at the tranquil, serene Iris studios.
The day will start with a nutritious green smoothie followed by an hour of pilates. You will then enjoy an energising scrumptious vegan lunch and a cleansing herbal tea followed by a lecture on nutrition.
This will lead to one hour of dynamic pilates. To help peak blood sugar levels up again, you will enjoy a raw juice with a demonstration. Your day will end off with a relaxing yoga class, leaving you refreshed and energised for the next day.
